If your link failed to process, the exact reason will be noted in a few places depending on your plan.
For subscription plan users, go to your dashboard, click the three-dot menu under the Actions column and select "Details.”

Then, check the Notes section in the dialog.

For one-time plan users, an email will be sent to you with the reason the download failed.

Common causes include the file exceeding your plan's size limit, a missing or incorrect decryption key, an expired or invalid link, or the link being from an unsupported service.
