We do not add passwords to any files we process. If the file you downloaded is asking for a password, the original file was already password protected before we processed it.

Please note that this password is not the same as the decryption key used to access the link. The decryption key unlocks the link itself, while the archive password is set by the person who originally shared the file and is separate from our service entirely.

If the link was shared with you by someone, we recommend reaching out to them for the password. If you found the link publicly, the password may have been shared alongside it in the same post or description.
