Subscription plans

The file size limit applies per link submission, meaning the combined size of all files within that link must not exceed your plan's limit, regardless of how many individual files it contains.

If a link exceeds your plan's size limit, it will be marked as Failed and your link credit will be returned. You can view the reason for a failed link by going to your dashboard, clicking the three-dot menu under the Actions column, and selecting Details.

If you frequently run into file size limits, consider upgrading to a plan that supports larger files.


One-time plans

If your file exceeds the size limit of your chosen plan, we will send you an invoice for the difference to upgrade to a plan that supports your file size. You will only be charged once you approve and pay the invoice. If you decide not to proceed, a refund can be provided upon request.
